The Flemish office of the Children's Rights Commissioner advocates for the rights of children and young people. It detects issues, raises awareness, and provides advice, always asking: where do children and their rights face challenges? Together, we translated this question into a clear proposition and brought it to life with a striking visual identity.
CLARITY IN MESSAGE FOR EACH TARGET AUDIENCE
The Flemish office of the Children's Rights Commissioner addresses different target audiences. In its signal function, it formulates opinions to policy. It informs children, youth, parents and professionals about its services in individual situations where minors are stuck.
We developed a brand that can both fill in the necessary professionalism for policy and address children and youth.
A DYNAMIC WHOLE
We worked out a clear brand promise , which then became tangible in one powerful brand concept. The new logo provides the refreshing style break.
The illustrative style where icons, image and color go hand in hand form visual building blocks of the brand concept. They are the core of the brand identity that can be applied to any contextual interpretation. They exude individuality that makes impact along with the message.
COLOR AND DIVERSITY MAKE A DIFFERENCE
This brand identity, which targets a broad audience, is multifunctional and multi-purpose. In addition to typography and color, it is the images that set the mood and enable the brand to touch the target group.
In addition to developing an own visual style, clear photography guidelines were written.
A 'DIGITAL' PLATFORM
The Flemish office of the Children's Rights Commissioner has a huge range of information. To ensure that visitors can easily find their way through it, we cast that information in a well thought-out information architecture.
We were responsible for the entire rebranding and digital identity, including the website kinderrechten.be, of the Flemish office of the Children's Rights Commissioner. An intense project, together with the client, of which we are more than proud.
